What we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we process:

  • your first and last name

  • your email address

  • your phone number (optional)

  • the content of your message

We don't collect anything beyond what you enter in the form.

Why we use it

We only use your details to reply to your message and follow up on what you asked about, such as AI Challenge or our community.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We won't send you newsletters or marketing unless you've agreed to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need to follow it up, and delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it with others for their own purposes. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:

  • Framer – hosts the website and forwards form submissions to our email

  • Microsoft 365 – email, where messages are received and stored

Where providers process data outside the EU/EEA, this is done with a valid transfer mechanism, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for analytics or marketing. We use Framer's built-in visitor statistics, which work without cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to how we use it. Email peter@ai-house.no and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you believe we're handling your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
